The Robbinsville Township Office of Municipal Clerk provides Notary services to the public.
By law, the notary public is not permitted to notarize photocopies of documents including:
- Driver's Licenses
- Passports
- Birth Certificates
- Any other vital record
We are also not permitted to notarize any wills or real estate transactions. Should your document require witnesses as well as a notary, you must bring your own witnesses.
The Mercer County Clerk offers notary services via the Mercer County Connection, located in the Hamilton Square Shopping Center at 957 Route 33 and Paxson Avenue, throughout the year from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month.
