ORDINANCE NOTICE

The following ordinance was introduced on first reading at a meeting of the Township Council, Township of Robbinsville, County of Mercer, on February 12, 2026.  The Public Hearing on said ordinance, where parties in interest and citizens will have the opportunity to be heard, will be continued on March 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Robbinsville Township Municipal Building at 2298 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned.  The full text of this ordinance is available at the Office of the Township Clerk and is posted on the Public Notice Bulletin Board.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING SECTION 80 OF CHAPTER 142 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ROBBINSVILLE ENTITLED “LAND USE”, ENTITLED “LOW AND MODERATE-INCOME AFFORDABLE HOUSING (COAH)”

Synopsis: This ordinance is the model affordable housing ordinance drafted by AHPNJ to meet the requirements of the new affordable housing law that was implemented in 2025. By law, a municipality must adopt such an Ordinance by March 15, 2026.
