Ordinance Introduction Notice The following ordinances were introduced on first reading at a meeting of the Township Council, Township of Robbinsville, County of Mercer, on April 23, 2026. The Public Hearing on said ordinances, where parties in interest and citizens will have the opportunity to be heard, will be held on May 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Robbinsville Township Municipal Building at 2300 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned. The full text of these ordinances are available at the Office of the Township Clerk and are posted on the Public Notice Bulletin Board. Ordinance 2026-12 Synopsis: This Ordinance is required to approve a corrective deed for Block 38, Lot 6.01 Q01196 AKA Oasis Farmstand to insert the required language of the Mercer County Open Space Grant. Ordinance 2026-13 Synopsis: This ordinance is needed due to adjustments to the cap base that were done after the introduction of Ordinance 2026-11. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.2, “municipalities and counties shall be prohibited from increasing their final appropriations by more than 2.5%...” unless action is taken by the governing body to increase their final appropriations subject to the cap to the statutorily permitted 3.5%.
