Robbinsville Township Land Use Board Notice of Decision At a meeting held on October 20, 2026, the Robbinsville Township Land Use Board adopted the following Resolution(s): 1. LU26-06-02 Johnson Development Associates Inc.- 740 Robbinsville - Allentown Rd. (Block 41.01, Lot 31.01) Applicant requests amended use variance and site plan approval and bulk variance approval to the approved development on Lot 33.01 only. At the previous hearing the applicant testified to come back to the Land Use Board when they had a tenant and if any modifications need to be done. They are proposing to reconfigure the previously approved parking areas to provide additional trailer parking on a portion of the approved parking area and a modified number of passenger vehicle parking spaces based upon actual employees. Notice of intent to award a contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement to VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialists, 43 Jefferson Avenue, Berlin, NJ 08009, for Ford F-450 Type 1 Remount from H-GAC Contract #AM 10-23. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Municipal Clerk's office at 2300 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 during regular business hours and on the H-GAC Cooperative website at https://www.hgacbuy.org/Home. The H-GAC Cooperative contract for #AM 10-23 expires on September 30, 2027. The Qualified Purchasing Agent intends to recommend to the Township of Robbinsville governing body that VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialists, 43 Jefferson Avenue, Berlin, NJ 08009, be awarded a contract.
