NOTICE OF FINAL PASSAGE The following Ordinance was passed on second and final reading at a Regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Robbinsville, County of Mercer, held on April 9, 2026, and was signed by the Mayor on April 9, 2026. If no protest petitions are filed, this Ordinance shall become effective 20 days after the Mayor’s signature and final publication. BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Robbinsville, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey (not less than two-thirds of all members thereof affirmatively concurring) as follows: Section 1. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:4-53, the sum of $90,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the purpose of funding preparation of a revision and codification of ordinances and shall be deemed a special emergency appropriation as defined in and provided for under N.J.S.A. 40A:4-55. Section 2. The authorization to finance the appropriation shall be provided for in succeeding annual budgets by the inclusion of at least 1/5 of the amount authorized pursuant to this Ordinance and in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:4-55. Section 3. To the extent that any previous ordinance or resolution is inconsistent herewith or contradictory hereto, said ordinance or resolution is hereby repealed or amended to the extent necessary to make it consistent herewith.
