Our vibrant community comes together each year for a festival filled with music, food, and laughter! Families and friends stroll through lively booths, delight in live performances, and savor delicious treats, all while honoring local talent. With no admission fee (except for food), it’s the perfect opportunity to create cherished memories and celebrate togetherness without spending a dime!

2026 COMMUNITY FESTIVAL PARTICIPATION APPLICATIONS
Business Prize Alley/Exhibitor Application:
Businesses can showcase their products to all residents. Please review the instructions carefully before submitting your application and fee.
IMPORTANT: Apart from individually wrapped candy, the sale or distribution of food or beverages is not permitted. 
Also, local ordinances prohibit the selling of merchandise.

Non-Profit Participation Application:
Complete this form if your nonprofit organization wants to exhibit at the main event.
Please note that a non-profit is a non-governmental entity organized for purposes other than generating profit, such as charitable, educational, religious, or scientific causes.

Township Event Sponsorship:
The application is on its way!

2026 Food Vendor Application: 
Your application must be submitted by March 1.

If paying by check, make checks payable to Robbinsville Township.

Two to three weeks before the event, Recreation will get in touch with you with instructions.
Prize Alley and Non-Profit applications are rarely rejected.

JOE BARKER VOLUNTEER STAR AWARD

Barker-2016Sarah Reggimenti, founder of Macaroons on a Mission, was presented with the 2024 Joe Barker Volunteer Star Award on June 8 at the 2024 Community Day Festival.

This award is presented at the annual community festival to honor local volunteers who embody Joe Barker's commitment to the community. Joe, a dedicated volunteer, previously served as the recreation director.
