Our vibrant community comes together each year for a festival filled with music, food, and laughter! Families and friends stroll through lively booths, delight in live performances, and savor delicious treats, all while honoring local talent. With no admission fee (except for food), it’s the perfect opportunity to create cherished memories and celebrate togetherness without spending a dime!

• Business Prize Alley/Exhibitor Application: For businesses to exhibit their products to all residents. Please read the instructions carefully before submitting your application and fee. Please CLICK HERE for Prize Alley participation instructions. This applies only to organizations that are approved to participate.
• Non-Profit Participation Application: Please complete this application if your nonprofit organization would like to exhibit in the same area as the main event. 
• Township Event Sponsorship Information: The application is on its way! 
• 2026 Food Vendor Application: Our event has reached its maximum vendor capacity. Thank you so much!

Call us to pay over the phone after you complete and submit your application.
If paying by check, make checks payable to Robbinsville Township.

After receiving your applications, Libny Sanchez from the Recreation Division will email instructions approximately one week before the event.

NOTE: Non-profit and Prize Alley applications are rarely denied!

Sarah Reggimenti, founder of Macaroons on a Mission, was presented with the 2024 Joe Barker Volunteer Star Award on June 8 at the 2024 Community Day Festival.

This award is presented at the annual community festival to honor local volunteers who embody Joe Barker's commitment to the community. Joe, a dedicated volunteer, previously served as the recreation director.
