NO DUMPING
The "No Dumping" ordinance states that it shall be unlawful to dump, deposit or leave substances on roads or lands. This includes, but is not limited to trash, grass clippings, hedge, bush or tree trimmings. Persons seen observing violators are urged to contact the Robbinsville Township Police at 609-259-3900. If possible, a description of the person(s) involved, their vehicle, any writings or license plate numbers should be noted. Violators are subject to a fine not exceeding $500, or imprisonment in the county jail for 90 days, or both. It should also be noted that person(s) dumping in township or private dumpsters and/or containers without authorization subject themselves to complaints for Theft of Services, N.J.S 2C:20-8.
Violators are subject to a minimum fine of $500.
