A complete copy of any maps, plans, and applications for which approval is sought by the Land Use Board will be on file and available for public inspection at the Municipal Building no less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing during normal business hours. The applicant may produce other documents, records, or testimony at the hearing to substantiate or clarify or supplement the previously filed maps and documents.

As a courtesy, copies of the application, site plan, and architectural renderings, as applicable, may be posted several days prior to the public hearing at which the respective application will be heard. 

Agendas and any additional exhibits may be posted on the website no less than 48 hours prior to the public hearing.

  If for any reason a meeting is changed to occur virtually instead of in-person, notice and log-in information will be included within the Agenda and on the Planning/Zoning Department webpage and posted as required.
